It is crucial to choose the correct finish for your wood floors. Most floors are finished with a sealer or a stain (a pigment used to color the floor) and a top coat or surface finish (2 or three layers) to protect the wood. WE RECOMMEND

Before we begin your project, all items must be removed from the refinished rooms, including long curtains, vertical blinds, and pictures and art from the walls. Don’t forget to empty closets and pantries; we recommend removing items from kitchen counters. The homeowner is responsible for removing and relocating all furniture. If needed, we can provide the names of a few local moving companies.
